Living in Springfield

The City of Springfield is a great place to live and visit.  Our City offers all of the hospitalities of a small town and all of the amenities of a big city.

Springfield is located just north of the I-94 corridor; west of Battle Creek, and only 20 minutes east of Kalamazoo and Western Michigan University.

Our City has a wide range of living opportunities: from affordable apartments, to starter houses, to new high-quality homes.  The most recent addition to Springfield’s housing stock is the new Orchard Hills Development.

When completed, Orchard Hills will include 41 single-family homes with city water and sewer services and buried cable, electrical, and telephone services.  This is truly a great opportunity to own a home in Springfield at a very reasonable price.
