City Hall will reopen to the public on Monday, June 8, 2020
As Michigan moved into Phase 4 of the Governor’s MI Safe Start Reopening Plan, the City of Springfield’s municipal offices will reopen to the public on Monday, June 8, 2020.
We ask that, when possible, you continue to conduct City business using the USPS, the drop box at the foot of the stairs at City Hall, or through e-mail. When it’s not possible, we ask the following:
1) Enter City Hall using the entrance at the top of the ramp and follow the signs to the front offices.
2) Wear a mask, when medically possible.
3) Practice the 6 ft. social distancing guidelines.
4) Exit through the door closest to the Income Tax office.
You will notice we have installed plexiglass shields at the Finance, Building/Code Enforcement and Income Tax Departments counters.
Please feel free to contact Kevin Catlin, City Manager, at 441-9271 should you have any questions regarding the reopening plan.
